To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. We strongly encourage you to enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) for additional security. You agree to notify us immediately at security@jozieai.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the configuration and behavior of your AI assistants, all communications sent by those assistants, and all content you add to the platform.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use requirements, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including assistant personality configurations, knowledge base materials, and any data processed through your assistants ("Your Content").
By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant Jozie AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content to the Service; (b) Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and (c) Your Content complies with all applicable laws.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email replies, appointment confirmations, and customer support responses on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service, including its design, software, source code, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and all other content provided by Jozie AI (excluding Your Content), is the exclusive property of Jozie AI Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes during the term of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The name "Companions," the ✨ logo, and "Jozie AI" are trademarks of Jozie AI Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
The Service allows you to connect third-party services such as email providers (via IMAP/SMTP), calendar services, and external websites. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Jozie AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any third-party accounts to the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOZIE AI INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOZIE AI INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jozie AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@jozieai.com. Upon closure, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, the Service, or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 16) will continue to apply after termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, or by telephone or videoconference if you prefer.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
